April 22, 8pm – PHRF Racing
A brief PHRF primer covering how PHRF handicapping works, how to get a certificate and how a boat gets an initial assigned SP.
We will also cover upcoming changes to the system over the 2021/2022 seasons such as changes to sail measurement requirements, the introduction of new fleet SP’s for non traditional race course configurations as well as the introduction of Free Flying Headsail allowances for certain race courses.
