We have been informed by Ryan Gibbons that the Town of the Blue Mountains will permit summer storage of boats for those who do not want to launch on May 31 2020. The town is offering free land storage , but you will still need to pay for your boat slip. The town has requested that the Thornbury Yacht Club group the land storage boats together during launch day. The Thornbury Yacht club will still require that you pay for your launch fee. It will be used for payment on moving or administering the the summer placement of your boat. The TYC reserves the right to charge extra for this service depending on the number of members who are requesting this,

MAY 31 2020 LAUNCH UPDATE

There will be a email blast going out to the membership by Tuesday May 26 2020 indicating the launch procedures that will be in place for next Sunday's launch . We have been working with the Town of the Blue Mountains and Van Wyck Crane Service to guarantee that we meet the Provincial and regional safety requirements because of  covid 19. This will be a different launch day than in the past. We are confident that it will be a success and that the membership will help us meet the requirements.
